So I’m going to need to buy a commercial license, or find a decent open source remote support app.
Now I like TeamViewer, but the cost puts me off, even though it’s a lifetime license. I’ve used logmein as well in the past but keep using TeamViewer to help friends and relatives with little maintenance jobs on machines.
I’ve got bored of doing it for free, and now have a company setup, so I need a commercial license.
Any experiences?

If you have a website setup then chuck livezilla on it, that way they can talk to you live and realtime, very usefull. and 100% free.
as for remote support software, It has to be teamviewer every time fo me, If I am setting up machines in the home I used to use VNC to switch between them, Now even Teamviewer has it, and its easier to use and alot faster.
I know what you mean about the price, but if you can I don’t think you can go wrong.
