No Probs! The guy owns the units, they are his, the VERY BEST OF LUCK to him.

SETI Klamm are unreachable, because of stealth crunching as I understand it.

So, here’s my challenge:

This team should be 12th by the New Year

Yup. Easily achievable.

How? By being what we have always been, hard crunching nutcases.

Hmm, not convinced?

How did we make 15th then? We have no right to be 15th. Too few members, too much inactivity.

We are 15th because a whole bunch of ppl said “Let’s do more, let’s crunch more, let’s take the team in front of XXXXXXX” Some of that bunch are no longer with us. Some are. Some have switched projects. Some haven’t.

Does it really matter?

There are enough of us left to make a mark. SO LET’S MAKE IT.

So that is why I CHALLENGE YOU. Get everything crunching. XP, MP, PIV, PIII, PII, K6, K5, PR166+, … you get the drift. Crunch it up. Make yourself proud - of yourself!!

Come one peeps, no more lying diown, until Berkeley pull the plug we CAN whup this project, miles away…

I never back down from a challenge :smiley: . Perhaps it’s time to see about sneaking SETI onto my dual P2 400 at work. Should be worth a few more woots :sneaky:

heh maybe I will swing the Son of Stompinator back on seti this weekend, getting a bit tired of babysitting LM and think I need to get wine working as well.

Let me think about it. prolly time to crack 60K anyway and stretch to 70K! :eek:

What, a P3 900 processor or entire machine? If just cpu, it would definitely be an improvement over my slowest box’s cpu which is a PII-400 @ 2wu/day :eek: … if you’re selling it, PM me?

ok, I’ll see if I can get my dual p2 350 fired up and if it’ll run at > 400.

should also have my dual tualatin box back up by the weekend so back to huuuuuuuugh 16wu/day for me :wink:
