cheers Curly - 10p listing day today on ebay, more kit going for leaving the DT residence.

Not seeing much of a frame time increase with the barton kit compared to the 3200sckt939 kit 5or6 seconds average per unit on most cores, but what I am starting to see and feel is a massive drop in overall temperature of the farm running. That’s running all the sckt939 at stock 3200 for most of it, two 754 3000’s as well, not long before the entire loft is 64bit :slight_smile: Not that it makes much output difference, but with 939, any cash jobs can get dual core goodness at about the same running costs as single core barton :devil:

Real shame the office install has been delayed, I was counting on those machines :frowning:

2509 & 2510 are about the same as ‘standard’ gromacs in the vfm stakes, got bogged down for a week with them a couple of weeks back. Getting a disproportionate number of 205x ATM which are even worse :frowning:
