Just thought i’d start this thread for what the Mojo’s gathering call the ‘Lucan Crew’.

As we are now approaching Mojo’s #8, it has been voiced by all attending that it would be nice to see some other people put in an appearance.

Just would be nice to see everyone at least once to put names to faces and have a pint with people we’ve chatted to and respected for quite a few years now.

Now come on you lot, we want to make Mojo’s #8 the big one, and get as many as we can there - Including all the mods etc…

So as a bit of fun, and party due to the excuses we’ve had over the past couple of years, i’ve started this thread to help things along a bit and drag those concerned out of the wilderness.

Please post any funny excuses / reasons for not attending Mojo’s #8 that you can dream up below.

Now come on you lot - try and make this one.

A prize will be awarded for best excuse, not sure what yet , but i’ll have a rummage in my spares box for something useful.

Until recently I found that a very very valid excuse - any given weekend would usually see the Hornet with its bonnet up :smiley:

My excuse is that I took some viagra and, with no way to release the pent up tension, my gonads grew so big that I am unable to get through the door. :smiley:

or, if you want the real (boring) reason…

just don’t have the money available to allow me to go, as much as I would love to go to Mojo’s and meet everyone.

I probably could take one or two - I only have a Leon so once I jam my 19" CRT and Cheiftec case in the boot that doesnt leave a huge amount of PC space for anyone else.
My excuse is I have to go on a 24hr on-call rota. It currently pays enough to make weekends off an expensive luxury.( :slight_smile: & :frowning: )

i really don’t trust my transport but if all works out as i would lke it to will defo do a couple next year is all i can offer atm sorry or unless watto decides to make a show again :slight_smile:
